My husband and I had worked with Jim on both sides; buying (2012) and selling (2018). The process will never be easy but Jim made everything much more bearable. Jim has helped me sell two houses and buy another, and also managed my property (including finding tenants) after I moved out of the area. We worked with Jim Roy to sell the house where I grew up after my mom passed away. The house was not in incredibly great shape and Jim worked with us to prepare and stage the house. He did an excellent job coordinating with everyone who needed to do work on the house and get it ready to go on the market. Jim was familiar with all of the local contacts that we needed to get the work done which was a huge help since I was living out of town during the entire process. Jim had great attention to detail and always completed any possible job as quickly as possible, so as not to delay us. He was also aware and supportive of our goals. Since we were not living at the property during this process, it was a priority to get things done quickly, and we were very impressed that we only spent about two months working with Jim from the time we hired him, completed preparation, cleaning, staging, went on the market, to the final closing date.
