Jim Roy is the broker and owner of LuxManor Real Estate. He obtained his real estate license in 1998. Jim and his team have sold over $600 million of real estate in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. He is a master at the marketing and pricing of homes and works tirelessly to provide his clients a smooth transaction from start to finish.
He is extremely knowledgeable with the intricacies and laws of real estate and the real estate contract. He works well with other Realtors to foster a constructive work environment while holding paramount his fiduciary responsibility to his clients.

Jim lives with his wife, two sons, and dog in Chevy Chase. He stays active in his community, including having taught Sunday School, serving as neighborhood block captain, volunteering at the Rec Center teaching martial arts, and has served as Vice President of the Friends of the Capital Crescent Trail. He is an Eagle Scout and has completed five marathons. Jim served as a small business consultant and taught English as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa from 1996-1998 and he speaks French.
